Which services does my scheme need?
It depends on what you are building. Open outdoor courts usually need planning with noise and lighting evidence. Add a clubhouse or an enclosed hall and the council will also want energy and overheating evidence, plus whole life carbon on London referable schemes and BREEAM where the local plan names a rating.
