Padel Court Build is run by SustainPlan Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17085854. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. SustainPlan Ltd is the data controller for the details you send through this website, which means we decide how they are used and we are responsible for looking after them.

What we collect
- What you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or town, what you need, how soon you need it, any boxes you tick (for example other work you are planning) and anything you write in the details box.
- Files you upload: photos, floor plans, drawings or documents you choose to send with the form.
- Where the enquiry came from: the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an advert or a link with tracking tags, the campaign source. This tells us which of our websites you used.
- Calls and emails: what you tell us when you phone or email.
- Analytics, only if you accept cookies: how the site is used (pages viewed, device type and rough location). This is not used to identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and price the job. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out the work if you go ahead. The lawful basis is performing our contract with you.
- To keep records we must keep by law, such as invoices. The lawful basis is our legal obligation.
- Analytics. The lawful basis is your consent, given on the cookie bar. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
- The specialist teams who price and carry out your job, only the details they need to do that.
- Our email, website hosting and form providers, who store and send data for us under contract and may not use it for anything else.
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead, we keep your enquiry and any files for up to 2 years from our last contact, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for six years, as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent for analytics at any time. Email hello@padelcourtbuild.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put it right first, so please contact us before you go to the ICO.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you press Accept on the cookie bar; Reject keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
