Two guides for the questions that come before a quote: can the club pay for itself, and who will lend towards it. Both start from the LTA’s 2025 build figures, about £268,000 ex VAT and fees for four outdoor floodlit courts, and both end with what to send us for a written price.
Padel club business plan
What a four-court club costs line by line, what it costs to run each year, the utilisation and court hire rates one published model assumes, and how planning conditions on hours change the income. Read the padel club business plan guide.
Padel court funding
Who can borrow from the LTA Facility Loan Scheme at 5% fixed, why covered courts get priority, the £3 million government fund for 2026/27, and how councils have paid for courts. Read the padel court funding guide.
Which guide do I need?
If you are a company or private investor, start with the business plan, because the LTA loan is closed to companies limited by shares. If you are a not-for-profit club, council or school, start with funding, then test the numbers in the business plan. Build prices for one to four courts are on padel court cost.
